Description

Ansel Ward is a Marine ashore in pirate territory, wearing settlement clothes dyed in Marine blue. He is not fooling anyone, which is exactly his problem - he cannot walk the docks himself.

The Marines want to know how many pirates are berthed on this coast. On Blackwater, counting them means killing them.

Objective

Two of the docked ships fly a pirate flag over the rail. Haul on a flag and the crew below comes up to answer it. Put down six of them across the two ships, then report back.

Location

Floor 7 - Blackwater. Ward waits inland of the docks; the flags are on the ships themselves and take on a golden outline once he has given you the work.

Access Requirements

No level requirement, though Blackwater is a floor for the mid-tower. Entirely optional.

The Choice You Are Making

This is Marine work, and the coast has a pirate offer too. Reputation with one side is taken from the other, so whichever crew you serve LAST is the one that counts. Standing earned here is what opens the faction questlines far above, on Saltmere.
