Patch 0.9.9.9.10 is live!

• Rebalanced boss movement speed across the whole roster, so bosses no longer outrun their own telegraphs and their mechanics are dodgeable as intended
• Reduced melee damage on around 230 monsters and bosses, taking the edge off unavoidable burst
• Reduced Glaciron's melee damage from 375-575 down to 300-460
• Fixed potions and other inventory items doing nothing while you were running: the use could be silently dropped whenever you took another step
