Patch 0.9.9.9.9 is live!

• Reworked the opening steps to set up Autocast, Autoloot and Quick Settings first, so the rest of the tutorial plays with your automation already running
• Added Journey steps for Autoloot, Quick Settings and the Bestiary, each rewarding coins or stat stones
• Changed the starter card step to point at the Mysterious Stranger on Floor 1 instead of Floor 2
• Changed the bounty step to completing on opening the Tasks board, so it no longer waits on a full bounty
