Patch 0.9.9.9.7 is live!

• Added the Shipyard window: hull, sails and armament slots with tiered parts, opened by talking to Sailor Jake
• Added figureheads dropped by ship crews: Ashen Prow, Drowned Saint, Siren of the Shallows, and Kraken's Maw
• Added the Smuggler's Hull, which increases sailing currency drops for every tier fitted
• Added one-time deck unlocks bought from the shipyard: the Boarding Plank and the Ship Cannon
